Adamantine Love

What kind of love do you want? There are so many types that we can wish for, certain types we wish to give and others receive. Sometimes what we wish to receive is so different than what we wish to offer and vice-versa. Sometimes we wish for one kind of love and receive a completely other kind. As I recently found out, the type of love I had been wishing for my whole life was Adamantine Love; hard love, tough love. A more precise name for it is Transformational Love but the word adamantine speaks more to me and the gruelling rigid process of it, as it breaths you into life, as you birth yourself into the world and as you birth new worlds into being. The metamorphosis of the butterfly definitely comes to mind.

First we have to know that Love is something we begin to pray for and create from inside-out, it’s a journey that simultaneously reflects our inner movements in the outer world. Just like any good manifesting or planing practice, we must first feel our intentions into vision as we connect with our soul and then do our best to lay out the conditions necessary to receive that which we called in.

The dynamics at play here are both light and dark, yin & yang, the practice of connecting with earth, soul and spirit and then the practice of connecting with structure, reason and the assertive energy that births the planning into action and lays the crystal foundation down in order for it to be received.

It’s a self told soulful story, built from layers of feeling, those that build up within our etheric bodies as we open the passageways between soul and heart, mental and physical.

‘The Huntress Warrior learns to hunt inside herself, the most difficult of hunting expeditions known to man. The only true love story ever told.’

The purpose of desiring “tough love”, transformational love is to know thyself. It is to unravel ourselves to greater depths, into expanding consciousness, to call forth enlightenment and to dance with the cosmos.

It might start off as a romantic insight into life’s beauty and power but quickly it throws us into the burning hot fire, the one heart of all man and woman. A deep burning blaze of crashing flames, it ignites existential quantum leaps. A unique maze into the blueprint of our deepest essence, as humans, our most fragile spaces illuminate, where light is infinite, bright and bountiful.

It doesn’t come with smooth edges nor does it float you around like a elementary crush on a boat made for clouds into Never Ever Land. It comes from the kind of desire for Love that you were pre-destined for, a decision pre-birth, pre-planned, soul orchestrated.  The kind that rips you apart at the seams and blesses you with a million moments of clarity, as layer-by-layer you untangle yourself from the illusion. First starting with the other, the reflection and then moving inwards into our darkest unknown.

rumi love is not

I think there are times in life to enjoy all sorts of different kinds of love. They are each a blessing, a flavour to describe something indescribable, all leading to a feeling of deep connection with the self, the portal into the universe within universes.

Part of my story and love offerings to others has always been tough love, transformational love. When I was chosen to represent love to someone, a true gift, I would take that very seriously and because of this I came to the conclusion that I would give the type of love that wouldn’t necessarily make the receiver love me back but would help them, love themselves more.

I always thought, love is not about recognition, it is about helping the other recognize themselves, their own love, their own power. This has often given me a bad rep but with good results. Hard love requires thoughtfulness, it requires integrity and chasing what is best for the other, for the greater good, over what feels good in the moment for the self.

The results are so profound in bringing about positive transformation into the lives of those whom chose me to represent love to them, that it broke all superficial rules, all man made illusions of right and wrong to get the job of transformation done. A transformation that would impact their lives. Their LIVES, not just stroke their egos or keep them afloat but show them who they were made of.

This was always the kind of love I wished for…

So I began to call in this type of love and it came. A million times greater than I could have imagined, crashing down on me, a million times more powerful than I thought possible. It has transformed me, flesh to bone and womb to soul. It’s cracked me open to more light & divinity than I could have ever imagined and it has forever changed the inner landscapes of my heart and world.

This is the kind of love I offer and the kind of love I wish to receive. Someone who can challenge me on every front and give me nothing but pointers back into myself so I can continue to hunt within, cultivate and discover over and over again it’s remarkable beauty and source.

After all, if we have transformed, it is because we were cultivating those intentions firstly and in our asking alone we opened the door to receive it fully. Our love stories belong to us and if we are not willing to lay the foundation down, to structure the way in which it will enter, don’t worry, it will enter none the less but be prepared for anything and everything because love knowns no boundaries. When one truly desires to heal, which goes hand-in-hand with learning to love thyself, trust that you Will call in the transformational love you need, for yourself, within yourself in order to heal. Just be prepared for the pure obliteration of illusion and former selves to dissolve, those no longer serving you and the highest good of all.

This is what transformational love will bring, completely adamantine; unbreakable.

One Love,

J
