Some people will continue in darkness and never choose to step out onto the path of light. Some will stay in darkness not because they are intentionally trying to do so but because they are unaware of the dark path they are on. It simply stays hidden until the moment they are pushed into the light of day, in the natural unfolding and can then see clearly where they were standing to begin with. Some will never find the strength to move towards the light, they succumb to a life of darkness born from their inner pain and turmoil. Never able to touch the depths of their own pain, never able to transcend it back into self-love.
We’re all choosing consciously or unconsciously each day whether to help bring the light forth into the world or to continue to be overcome by darkness. The path of awakening no easy path, it requires us to constantly be-humble ourselves and allow greater truths to emerge. We are then doubled-up on that task by choosing how we wish to respond to what we’ve been given. Do we bury it back dow underneath the rubble of comfort or do we drive forward and allow deep transformation to occur?
Whether you’re actively practicing manifestation rituals or not, you’re still a co-creator manifesting your hopes, dreams and desires out into the world. We do so through our thoughts, words, feelings, actions and deep seated beliefs. Making a conscious practice of it allows us to transform more quickly from the inside out. It allows us to see what has been holding us back vs what has been helping us move forward through retrospective analysis.
When we get into active manifestation practices we begin to understand the principals of magic. Magic is us tapping into unseen forces within the universe to soul-craft the life we wish to live, by using the energies and resources available to us to do so.
With that in mind we are also constantly refining our inner awareness to see more clearly why it is we’re not able to create those things we truly desire, in an actual three dimensional way, that without doubt feel good to us. We spend time looking at what we have created vs what we wanted to create and digging up the underlying beliefs that are sabotaging our plans. This is usually done through persistent self analysis and a surrendering to our higher knowing and wisdom as soul guidance.
Along this journey of introspection we are forced to meet our inner demons, the shadow aspects of self that were created earlier in our lives through suppressed emotions, during fearful events or simply during events that truncated our natural expression of love and with it our ability to stay in a childlike state of creative flow and complete heart integrity.
By becoming aware of the various types of magic we are using while manifesting, a clarity becomes available to us and is constantly reflecting back our truth. It shows us our level of spiritual integrity on all planes of existence, from our lower to our upper dimensional expressions and exchanges.
It’s not always easy to see where our shadow aspects are controlling us from behind the scenes and wreaking havoc in our lives but knowing the definition of white, grey and black magic will help you reflect on whether your intentions were as pure as you thought they were to begin with. All rooted deep in the beginning phases of focusing in your energy towards bringing about your dreams into reality.
White Magic can be understood as using our innate gifts, talents, our art, our wisdom and our skills to assist each other and humanity. Using the energies and resources available to us to be at service to the betterment of each other and the world, with no selfish agenda.
It’s the ability to tap into a divine power within and recognize it as a source greater than the conscious self. If a person’s motives are worthy of this pure divine power, their creations will be matched with success and they will truly be able to assist others and humanity on a global scale, with no physical, emotional or mental repercussions.
When magic is properly used, it brings about an inner sense of security. When motives become obstructed by internal shadows and become self-centred, the results become chaotic, non-serving and destructive to the self and others. The more selfish the motives become, the more the magic turns grey and when selfishness, vanity, greed and jealousy overcome it completely, it turns into black magic. At which point the health and the vitality of the people involved become jeopardized.
Not only does white magic require us to be devoted to a pure vibration of love, it requires us to be of strong moral character, to master our emotions, mind and actions but firstly we must dedicate ourselves to a path of self awareness and self-knowledge. Without awareness of deep inner motives influencing our intentions, we can not produce pure results and are left constantly wondering why our positive intentions back fired, hurt another and didn’t work out as we intended. We’ve all been there, don’t sweat it, it’s a work in progress. Even the pure of heart must traverse the darkness of inner pain to find their way home once again.
So even from the get-go, for good intending people the problem has always been self-awareness and a clear understanding of our internal conditioning. Where we hold blind spots about ourselves we carry the potential to hurt ourselves and others. Ignorance does not let us off the hook, especially when we’re on a spiritual path in search of cosmic truth and complete alignment with core self and soul integrity.
It comes without saying that we must be fully dedicated to allowing self-illusion to crumble at every turn. We must be prepared to embrace the unraveling of the self, with a fierce inner strength that does not make claims over reputation, pride or privilege.
Healing childhood wounds and any other wounding that happened over the course of our lives then becomes paramount and the base foundation from which we can begin to truly help self and others from home to harbour. Self awareness and healing are the first steps to developing integrity, if not, it’s simply a whimsical idea of the ego, covered-up by unseen motives, none of which are inherently bad, but all of which are parts of the self that need to be loved, more and even more.
All of which must first be seen, heard and felt to be loved and resolved. All of which might initially feel painful to realize but these self-deflating realizations are the only real fundamental sacrifices and requirements we must make to truly serving for the greater good of each other and humanity.
At every corner of life we have the choice to move forwards or backwards. At every corner we have the choice to chose good or evil. At every corner we have the choice to chose our destiny, our future and how we wish to experience our time here on earth, both deep within our being and that which is expressed out into the world. Self-love can lead the way, it is our map, our guide and our true compass. Listen to it and allow it’s beauty and magic to unravel your gifts out into the world in a pure and unobstructed fashion.
