Hearts Exposed

Hearts exposed
They bled a glaring luminous light
A purging of all things sullied from the inky night

Initiated forth, from dormant they grew
Exposing a single seed of a far brilliant few

Sand paper thin
Did the trimming of the rose
Diffusing a blessed fragrance into the higher nose

Fluorescing beyond into a seeing song
On the silvery shores of their mountainous dawn

Wrapped in the winds of feathered flight
An openness poured forth of radiant might
It spied beyond their trepidatious bliss

They wore themselves
A thin, skilled, sky, of rainbow kiss

A symphony of Aeire
Many soft high pitch
Moving, flowing, through exosphere and exodus

It blew and blew
A single song,

of hearts exposed to the bleeding calm
The bleeding calm
The bleeding calm

Light

Wait for it.

It’s coming.

The rEVOLution you been dreaming for.

The truth of it buried in your bones.

Your heart stretch out across the globe.

On a tiny tight rope, it walked across the world for you.

The myth of it. It was alive.

You’re dead inside because your Love burns too bright outside of you.

Handed over to them, a generational death.

Searching souls.

Lamenting, seeking, not treading so lightly anymore.

Waiting.

For more Love, wrapped in fancy words, that steep into their minds.

That give new ways, and hope.

Ideas to build tomorrow.

Another Me

One day you will lay down your armour
You will chose to surrender

Not to another
As you so deeply fear

You will surrender to yourself
You will voluntarily release control

You will not lose power
You will forget your desire to over-power

In that divine moment;
Now

You are beginning to taste true power for the first time
You are beginning to taste true love

The same love
I tasted

Before you knew how
to love yourself

The Corwin House

I tasted your Love
When you were on Fire
It was tainted with your pain
Your losses, your mourning

I took you home
Into my Corwin House
Into my arms
A battlefield tamed

I nurtured you
Fed you
Gave you a place to call home
Asking for nothing in return

I played a mean game
Pushing you day in and day out
I knew you
The one you were underneath all those bruises

I knew you from the moment I guessed
Your birthday
Your Mom’s play
Your favourite moon

I let you tear me apart
Because that’s what people do
When they’re in so much pain
But I had faith and still do

It’s a faith that transcends faces
And they always come back
To bring me flowers
To wipe my tears

They come back because they know I never left
Always there
A mother, a daughter
A lover, a sister

The comfort
A friend
That slips in and out of lives
But never goes completely

Just waiting, in the between spaces
For the next sign
Waiting for the stars to ring
To see another me on Fire

Passion, a never ending source
A healing power
A map
A place to call home

Jun

Are you happy now,

Jun?

A world of people,

exhibiting their hopes and fears, their work and studies,

their art, their family affairs

This is what you wanted right?

What you envisioned?

A place where everyone can connect,

through their avatars, at the speed of light?

Now forced into play

Did you foresee it this way?

Jun, I want to know what Bill was thinking

Did we do it for the Mole people?

Or the prostitutes in the Ukraine?

In pods

The matrix came to life

Virtual flowers to smell

Hopped up on adrenaline

They showed up in droves

Do you remember?

When you introduced yourself to me?

Next to the subway cars,

vacant

Silver crocodile in right hand

Your father spoke to me that day

Just after the floods

Do you remember what he said?

Jun, it’s time to remember
