Stargate Keepers

Definition: A star-gate keeper is a soul that has incarnated with a specific DNA encoding carrying the ability to not only increase the vibration of other souls they interact with but truly activate dormant DNA which allows those souls to enter into different dimensional densities.

The goal of a star-gate keeper is to learn to distinguish between the different soul frequencies they come into contact with. To distinguish which people are aligned for activation and which are not. The main goal is to participate in the bio-spiritual-regenesis of the planet and to aid as many souls as possible with their ascension process.

The reason why it’s so important to be selective is that once a connection is firmly established a great number of changes are made to the energetic field of the earth’s template and the collectively shared reality field. If an unhealthy connection is firmly established the law of cause and effect takes place. Thus unhealthy adjustments are made to the time matrix. From this vantage point it is only possible to attempt at making further adjustments. This information is key in co-creating things in alignment to where we ought to be taking things.

As a star-gate keeper you are responsible for who you allow access to higher dimensional realms. It’s a co-creative process but in the case of someone who holds these codes within their template you will have greater knowledge as to what this process actually entails both viscerally and inter-dimensionally. In the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th density time matrixes small movements and intentions have huge ramifications to the earth’s magnetic template and collective reality field. In lower densities it takes much longer to make changes on a larger scale, if not impossible unless through a great number of people simultaneously co-creating towards a specific outcome.

Main mode of co-creation is through the womb for a female, for a male it’s through their wand of fire. The staff of creation thrown from within the still point of the fulcrum. Not all templates are a match to begin with despite which blood codes you’re carrying. Typically you will only physically feel this energy exchange if the person is a match to an important level somewhere within your template.

In many cases you will not feel the person’s soul energy whatsoever, which is an indication that this type of spiritual work will not be a part of your mission here with them. In most cases where you can’t feel the energy of those you make contact with, it is possible that they’ve already reached those gates or that they are simply vibrating at frequencies too limited for such work to be done.

In cases of infiltration you will be able to psychically sense the energy entering the womb but not with the purpose of bio-spiritual-regenesis of the earth’s templates to correct, adjust and align timelines. It will be sensed as a co-dependant energy or mother or father wounding connection. In worst cases these are soul’s working with completely different agendas whom have cultivated their occult skills enough to manipulation energy for self-serving purposes.

There are cases of infiltration, non-consensual means to activate various star-gates that are being subconsciously driven and insisted upon due to the soul moving through a healing process. In which case an empathic octopus type energy will be sensed, tentacles digging deep into you as they seek for connection to the higher force and as they strive for inner balance.

Forced breeding occurs when a skilled entity with missing genetic codes has the capacity to enter your field without being initially detected. They will usually carry strong abilities in maintaining their energetic force within you for the required gestational period, time needed to alchemize with your energy long enough for both seeds to merge. At which point they will violently take the merged energy seed out of you to keep for themselves. Essentially stealing the combined seed potential to further their ascension process of self-serving goals.

They do not have the intention of co-creating for the greater good of all, balanced within the realms of divine feminine and masculine forces. These beings can also sometimes be highly advanced beings from other realms of density that have acquired knowledge of the methods for repairing their DNA and are seeking to simply steal missing parts to complete their own DNA – ENERGETIC BLUEPRINT- without doing the actual integration work. Their main goal is control, power and immortality.

The main methods of dealing with energy infiltration are transmutation and reattachment of the energy cord attachment/insertion to other gates and points on the earth’s grid or in higher dimensional frequencies. The goal is to assist even the most tormented beings with their ascension towards healing and enlightenment. You can reattach the cord attachment/insertion onto points of ascension within the earth’s core grid and into higher planes depending on what you have access to.

If you reconnect their energetic cord “seed” to anywhere in the astral plane it will still stay attached to you and it could have ramifications on your energetic system and or allow them to continue feeding off your life-force. It needs to be grounded into the earth’s crystal grid matrix or into higher dimensional planes and densities so they may come to elevate their frequency, making an eventual reconnection to creator source from within themselves.

Understanding methods and function of alchemical union when co-creating star gateway experiences for someone holding this greater awareness and as gatekeeper is to have the ability to assist a soul into higher dimensional densities as previously mentioned. As a female you will intuitively sense the co-creative expression of this process within you as a cosmic pregnancy. In essence you are accepting and allow their energetic “seed” to enter your cosmic womb gateway “seed” with the goal of raising both of your vibrations and frequencies to higher levels of oscillation which allows access to the various higher dimensional star-gates within both of your human templates through conscious co-creative DNA activation.

When this process takes place you will inadvertently have access to their energy field, their past lives, their existence on parallel timelines and their thoughts. You essentially open up a channel of telepathic communication with them, connecting with their oversoul, the monad and co-creating on the collective archetypal plane as well as reaching up into the lesser dense planes where co-creating to make adjustments to the earth’s crystal grid lay lines and template will be possible.

The end goal isn’t to stay in extreme intimate connection on all these levels but rather to fully integrate and birth forth the necessary co-creation. If your templates match and you are part of the same soul matrix, a permanent merging together to the higher monad will be reached and the shared astral field will be surpassed. At which point you will stay connected but on a higher dimensional plane.

If you carry a similar template to myself, in most cases a connection will be made to co-creatively open stargates within the other’s template in pursuit of the end goals assigned by the Interdimensional Association of Free Worlds (IAFW) as a means of creating a unified collective of Guardian Angelic Nations for inter-universal peaceful co-creation towards regenesis.

When connecting at this level, every intention, thought and action has an increased one hundred fold amplification power potential for co-creating changes in the earth’s template as well as accelerating ascension for both involved with huge adjustments to the collective reality field. As their seed potential merges with yours, your role as gatekeeper becomes activated. This merging of power becomes the centre point – the eye of the tornado from which your combined energy begins to wield the time matrix around you.

The process and function is the process from which the idea of Twin Flames emerged from. Twin Flames as explained in popular New Age culture speak of some of the effects that may occur during this process but misses the point entirely when it comes to true purpose. As a star-gate keeper you will experience this process with many other souls that are on a similar mission to yourself. The Twin Flame concept is part of the false light narratives which reinforce the forced breeding programs currently working to infiltrate the bio-spiritual-regenesis of the earth. They lock down the energy of gatekeepers and slow down global ascension.

The initial process of combining energy seeds will give you complete access to the soul’s akasha as mentioned previously. During this time you are assisting them with integrating any fragmented aspects still dealing in lower densities, past or parallel timelines as they equally accomplish this with you.

This means alchemizing all incoming thoughts, images and feelings into higher frequencies by drawing the energy up from the womb into the heart and up the tree of life spindle beyond the crown chakra moving the co-creative seed intention slowly through higher gates until it reaches the primal sound and light fields. After alchemizing and integrating all the lower frequencies it will be possible to move entirely through the higher gate of ascension you are both simultaneously moving towards, potentially co-creating with other souls who have this template to continue doing the work.

How to consciously and co-creatively open the various stargates is information I will not disclose in this article for purposes of maintaining the integrity of the time matrix in regards to the bio-spiritual regenesis of the planetary grid for global ascension. If you inner-stand this information you are likely here learning to master these templates within yourself and have come here with this specific mission. In which case only, and if you would like to learn more and to book a session with me on the topic to further your knowledge, you can send your birth date, time and place of birth to 21stCenturyWeaver@gmail.com.

I will look into your birth chart to determine if you have theses alignment within your blueprint mission. If you do, I will reply with how to proceed for booking a session if you so wish. If you do not have these codes it’s nothing personal, you are simply here working with other gifts and talents for other purposes of equal value, in which case I will not reply within a 72 hour period to set up a session.

The Shadows of Digital Shamanism

(cultic groupthink vs collective intelligence)

The reason why ‘learning to navigate reality tunnels’ is becoming popularized partially roots itself in the online world of digital shamanism. A movement that fast took off when shamanic initiates, guides and teachers decided to take their work online to share through blogging, vlogging, daily quotes and the likes. People individuating themselves create virtual reality tunnels through their social media channels using their online personas and teachings. Wanders, seekers, the lost and distraught, including random passerbyers will all stumble across them.

This isn’s a bad thing, a large degree of them showcasing a variety of expression’s reflecting their own personal process of evolution. Sharing their hopes, fears, passions, writings, studies, research, art, insights and ideas with the rest of the world. We want diversity, it opens our minds up and helps us move through our own individuation process more quickly. It’s a free online school for a generation of meaning makers.

The more variety and lenses of perception we have to compare, the more refined our own thinking can evolve, allowing us to become increasingly more selective.

Where digital shamanism takes a turn for the worst and becomes unhealthy is when those people showcasing and sharing their work as ‘healers’ begin to interact directly yet in an indirect fashion with viewers. Developing strong healthy boundaries will help you both identify this behaviour and not fall under the spell of the unhealthy cognitive dissonance it creates.

Have You Unknowingly Been Cast in Someone Else’s Play?

That being said, we’ve coined ourselves to be in the Greatest Meaning Crisis of our Times (John Vervaeke)  and because of it, more people than ever before are seeking answers to every last question their minds can ponder, online.

Due to this, many are still externalizing their power. This means many are still handing over their inner authority to people whom seem confident and appear to have a certain amount of credentials in their field of study. The problem is, very few people have the ability to think clearly and make sense of the world themselves. Confidence and salience does not equate to what’s healthy and wise.

“People need privacy. Without it, they stay in performance mode. These performances become increasingly warlike.” An excerpt from Future thinkers.org on the Globalization and Proximity Crisis.

The biggest dangers arise when digital shamans become looped into the feedback from their spectators. Answering questions and engaging in dialogue with specific online audience members without being transparent and direct with who they are engaging with. These types of interactions create rivalrous environments.

It’s a form of online gas lighting. Cognitive dissonance occurs when this type of emotional abuse happens. I’ve witnessed it tear apart quite a few lives while being the fly on the wall in various reality tunnels created by online digital shamans. A similar twist to memetic tribal wars. When the interactions are either direct or non specific to a single viewer there’s a greater chance of people working through their ideas and or coming to their own solutions.  This is why mediums of communication such as podcasts, interviews or youtube conversations are the best methods of exchanging and sharing ideas, aside from face to face interactions which of course rein supreme.

Anyone who has the confidence to stand up and say they have special insight or knowledge into life will automatically draw to them a certain type of audience member, those who are inexperienced and un-individuated. I remember the days when I thought everyone knew more than I did, it was a frustrating time when I didn’t realize that we all own a piece of the whole.

What I learned from that short time period was that those preaching the loudest were often just as informed as the neighbour down the road who had a ton of life experience, book knowledge, access to the www and perhaps a basket full of magic mushrooms to tempt their imaginations with. What the others have that my neighbours do not, is the charisma and the courage to take it online and call themselves teachers.

“Healing is an inside job, always. No one else can heal us. I cannot emphasize this enough. It’s one of the biggest lessons I learned in my own healing journey. There’s often a traumatized child inside of us that wants an external authority figure to protect us, guide us, soothe us, and tell us what to do. The work of growing up is becoming our own parent and healing that wounded child ourselves. The only thing another person can do here is to point us back within ourselves and hold space for us while we do our own work. Running to external healers or teachers and giving up our sovereignty to them only perpetuates (and sometimes worsens) our traumas and learned helplessness. At worst, it can land us in some very dysfunctional relationships, or in the hands of sociopathic, narcissistic predators posing as healers and gurus. Finding our own internal compass and clarity is really hard. It can be a messy and confusing process, especially if we’ve gotten used to relying on others to guide us. But this is the necessary work of becoming a whole person, a sovereign adult.” Euvie Ivanova

There are a number of things we can observe happening to the viewers who are experiencing this type of interaction with online gurus and guides. The first thing is that they become dependant on an outside source to provide them with answers to their specific psychological trials and tribulations. Their path, one that is unique to them. You would literally have to walk in their shoes from the day they were born to accurately assist them. This is why it’s realistically impossible to heal another person. The best we can do is hand them tools and point them in the right direction, if and only if they come knocking.

So imagine how confusing it would be for those on the brink of a mental and emotional breakdown to seek answers from a digital shaman who’s attempting to provide individual remedies to an increasingly widening audience through the internet.

When that’s applied to an increasing number of different people at any given time, you have a hodge podgy of contradictory information being broadcasted somewhat directly yet indirectly to a thirsty audience which becomes misconstrued information within their realty bubbles.

Until people gain the right knowledge and experience in life, they’re literally slaves to their basic human biological tendencies. Once they’ve gained experience they can begin to decide beyond it, but until then they’re unaware that they’re controlled chemically and conditioned just as pavlov’s dog was to an outside source of authority. They’re unaware of how easily they’re led to believe almost anything, especially when it’s fed to them during a time of emotional crisis.

Collective intelligence gives voice to what is ontic. To paraphrase Jamie Wheal, “Something that is between us and among us but not specific to any of us, an additional intellect that can emerge that is perhaps what can be identified as what is coherent collective intelligence emerging.”

The above describes a way of interacting with the world which requires people to have healed their own wounds first which allows them to release the need to control the healing process of those they’re interacting with.

The responsible digital shamans are far and few in between but a good example is Russel Brant. They are a dying breed. Speaking from collective intelligence, defined as Jamie Wheal so brilliantly puts it, only opening their mouths to speak when the collective is speaking through them. Not allowing themselves to be controlled by any single individual viewer. They speak to ideas emerging within the collective mind rather than to individual audience members.

This huge difference turns unhealthy online interactions into insightful contributions. This is where those who are labelled as co-dependant digital shamans mislead more than teach. This will require a sovereignty revolution before it can be fully experienced as healthy collective intelligence.

The saddest stories coming from people who have failed to diligently navigate through these reality tunnels are those who have handed over their inner authority completely and end up being cast in a play they themselves did not chose or inadvertently casted the digital shaman on their centre stage. Becoming equally co-dependent to online daily interactions due to their emotional state. Taking each quote and digital bite shared to be necessarily real and relevant to their lives and personal journeys. Often times this keeps people in cognitive dissonance for months and years, unfortunately ending sometimes in even greater tragedy

These digital shamans are either co-dependant themselves and are addicted to the emotional charge they get from the covert online exchange or are unaware of the harm they’re inflicting due to their psychological trauma and lack of wisdom.

It’s not only time that people started assuming responsibility for themselves through useful sovereignty practices, healthy boundaries and inter-subjective introspection as internet use increases, it’s important we continue sharing the collective wisdom being observed within our online communities to promote healthier choices and interactions for all.

Any online digital shaman that does not teach from a distance and targets specific audience members yet will not respond directly to them and do not promote sovereignty at the core of their teachings are psychologically and emotionally dangerous to the average person looking for health and wellness.

I especially feel inspired to share what I’ve observed for the younger generations entering into the online arenas of reality tunnels. Often people are smart enough to learn from the wisdom passed down to them. We simply need to make the information available.

Is the Greatest Separation within the Feminine Collective Jealousy?

Woman can be some of the most vindictive and manipulative people I’ve come across when it comes to men. Why is this? Where is it rooted? Women are primarily known for their compassion and ability to empathize with some of the most notorious ‘evil-doers’. We can manage to flip anything onto its side, so as to find reason not to side-step our ability to love and care for the wellbeing of another individual.

This happens when we develop a strong connection to the divine. To be connected to the divine is to be aware of all aspects of self that are both malicious and loving. To begin developing integrity with the divine is to make a conscious attempt at seeing the depths of our own personal hell and our capacity to act maliciously. It’s to strive at understanding how those parts of ourselves might be harming others and to learn to rise above them, hand in hand.

So where is jealousy rooted within all of this compassion and divine integrity?

Jealously is Predominately a Subconscious Force First

So it’s not just women of course. Men can be insanely possessive and jealous too. These are primordial feelings which arise of out fear of survival. They go against our logical brain power. They trick us into believing that eminent death will occur if we do not box our lovers in, away from the beautiful and unique energetic spheres of other individuals. They are often rooted in abandonment issues. They arise out of feelings of unworthiness and lack of self-acceptance.

Jealousy often comes disguised, arising from within fear driven subconscious core motives. They leak out as subconscious competitive actions or consciously plotted manipulation. They shows themselves any time we seek to push another woman down with the intention of making ourselves look better in comparison. These subconscious actions are often unseen to us but very apparent to others. Even more so, they can be deeply felt in the part of our hearts that connects us emotionally to each other. They essentially close our fourth and fifth chakras down, which closes down our capacity to feel love itself and to keep a healthy open line of communication with our sisters. They generate manipulative behaviours, they hijack our ability to see clearly and to love freely. They create a separation within us that divides us from ourselves. That part of ourself that is intrinsically connected to the collective feminine body, or the masculine body for the man experiencing jealousy.

So, how can we heal this collective wound? My answer is to keep working on becoming whole within the self and embracing the fact that in order to do this we need to maintain many connections, on many different levels, with many different people. The more women begin to feel empowered, the less likely they’ll feel the need to separate themselves competitively form each other to get closer to a man. To gain trust in each other’s capacity to have compersion for each other is our biggest gesture of spiritual, mental and emotional maturity. We’re slowly getting there, to that place of freedom, as women all around the globe continue to rise-up in personal power and heart courage.

How to Become a Strong Interdependant Woman

I have to admit, I’m not a very jealous woman. I’m way too independent when it comes to relationships. Plus I find it unattractive when a man is singling me out as his one and only. What kind of person would want to try to stuff every last quirk of me into their box of chocolates? We all know where that leads, it leads to stagnation, expectations, manipulation and disillusionment.

The jealously I tend to feel is born from a lack of trust. So whenever I do feel jealous, it’s because a man is not being honest with me, not because I do not wish him beautiful experiences with other women. It’s very difficult to gain trust on this level because most men won’t even attempt to speak their truth out of fear of losing the attention and admiration of the women they’re engaging with. This is because most women would explode into a trillion emotional pieces if their lover told them they were having intimate relations with another while still engaging with them. Same goes for most men.

The irony is that most of us do have intimate relationships with a number of different people, on a number of different levels at all times throughout our lives.

We can be intimately connected to someone emotionally, which can often be more of an intimate connection than physical intimacy can. Or we might be connected intimately on an intellectual level. That is, seeing deeply into another’s psyche and relating very closely to their psychological make-up in ways unattainable with another. Or we could experience a closeness to someone through physical intimacy but not feel connected on any other level.

The father of my children and I, for example, have a closeness that even our modern day ‘couple separation’ could not remove, it was present when we met at eleven and it’s still present today, it simply can’t be shoved into a box. Nor can it be compared to any other intimate partnerships I have with any other human being. The emotional closeness I feel to one of my weirdo lovers is greater than I’ve ever felt with another, even though we don’t have a typical relationship that fits the status quo. On a mental level I have many lovers, all of which I feel deep relational satisfaction with, all bringing me closer to wholeness within myself. There are very few lovers which I’ve found a soul connection with, they’re the odd ones that don’t seem to necessarily fulfill any specific purpose or maybe they fulfil too many at once, but either way they’re uniquely profound and nourishing.

We’re all made up of many parts, personality, character, creative capacity, emotional intelligence, mental intelligence, physical appearance and spirit. All of these parts resonate differently with other people’s parts. This is the beauty of diversity, this is the beauty of life. This is the beauty of our multi-dimensional selves.

I guess anyone holding this understanding makes an enemy to those aspects in others that wish to contain all of their partners parts for themselves. The way that I see it, women need to ‘stop talking to man and start speaking directly to Shiva’. Shiva is the silver cord of love, intimacy and connection that weaves through all men and though every animus in every woman. This sliver cord that I’ve been obsessed with my whole life leads us to the parts of ourselves outside of self, those we need to love more. The greater we’ve abandoned those parts of self, the stronger the cord will seem to pull us into the sphere of that person, in absolutely uncanny and magical ways. That cord is made up of pure light, divine union in perfection of both polarities. It is in fact the cord which we are in love with, it is the cord which we are born from and die back into.

This also highlights why women have been known to be typically attracted to bad boys. In general, within the feminine subconscious, we have not embraced and owned our darker yin and yang aspects. Until we do, men will be pushed into this role to feel attractive and powerful, desired and needed. To quote Carolyn Myss, “We’ll have war so long as the woman crave the bad boy warrior.”

What is meant by this is that so long as the divine feminine disown their animus we’ll continually seek it outwardly, expressed it in an overly exaggerated fashion within the masculine. When the divine feminine rise completely in their power, we’ll be balanced within ourselves.

There will be no raison d’être for over arching power to exist within the masculine to maintain such imbalances within the feminine. There are biological differences that will never completely change, or at least not within our life time but much will evolve that will create a greater sense of internal freedom and equilibrium affecting our motives of attraction.

Why I Stopped Labelling my Relationships Years Ago

It was a very hard pill for my ex to swallow, the look on his face after he proposed but for me to label a relationship is to put it into a fixed timeline or a fix form. As soon as we seek to force something into a fixed definition, by virtue of cosmic law, we lose it because we begin to separate it further from ourselves. To take it in closer is to let it be free in the ‘I Am That I Am’. Sometimes we wish to create the settings for an experience to occur and such type of manifestation is a pure gift of divine unraveling into becoming more whole within ourselves. Consciously devoting time to connecting with those parts we’ve denied within ourselves. For some that might take a life time of connection to one individual, for others only a few years, weeks or days. All depending on our intentions flying in and the star alignments arranging our precise moment of birth into this time-space-reality.

For this reason and for many other reasons, when my kundalini starts to become activated by another, I ask myself: what are those qualities within that I am trying to master within myself? Similar to when I feel distain for another, I ask what parts am I looking to own to become more whole within this great adventure of divine unraveling? Each and every connection leading us closer and closer to experiencing deeper levels of intimacy within ourselves, each other and the numinous.

Rehabilitating Healthy Physical Boundaries

Let’s leave sexuality out of the picture, in general do you like being touched? This might not be a question you’ve asked yourself but definitely a worth while question when it comes to understanding how aware and confident you are in your body and with your physical boundaries. Perhaps you enjoy touch and so it’s a question you’ve never had to contend with. Perhaps you don’t enjoy physical touch in general but you’ve always had healthy boundaries. Perhaps you enjoy touch but don’t enjoy touching or vice versa.

Some people don’t mind being touched as long as it’s not by a stranger for example. I’m sure you’ve all heard at least one or two people in your life say they don’t like going for treatments such as massage therapy because they don’t like being touched by strangers. I’ve come across this frequently in conversation over the years, particularly because I studied massage therapy a decade ago and this highlighted the benefits of touch and how a lack of physical touch can lead to all sorts of mental and emotional stress.

There are many reasons why we should ask ourselves this question, most importantly to establish ways of reintegrating healthy touch into our lives if it’s non-existent, especially if we’re someone who fears it or has rejected it all together. There’s no better medicine than healthy touch. It’s therapeutic on all levels, mind, body & soul. I think the biggest problem we face when trying to integrate healthy touch is understanding the difference between heart based touch and a sexually charged touch. You might be able to separate those two very different types of energy when it comes to physical affection with family vs physical affection with a spouse or lover but are you able to clearly distinguish the difference in all physical interactions?

Tantra teaches us the difference between these types of energy and from what I understand it’s not black and white, sexual or non-sexual, there are different degrees, just like a sliding scale. During touch we exchange life force, if the life force is shared through the heart chakra it can be non sexual unless the second charka (sexual) energy centre is also being activated. When it’s not filtered through the heart first it is can be felt as raw primal sexual energy. Sometimes we are sharing non sexual life force from the heart but receive sexual life force in return or vice versa. A typical example could be at work where you are in physical contact with other people. You might notice that in some instances you sense a sexual charge from someone you’re touching and realize it’s because you’re attracted to them or you feel a sexual charge from the other even if you’re not attracted to that person.

We are constantly navigating and negotiating through energy exchanges, learning about what kind of energy we are sharing with others and what kind of energy they are sharing with us, it’s a practice of awareness. Sometimes we are sharing very consciously and other times we share unconsciously which causes some unexpected situations to arise. Some might receive sexually charged energy during an exchange when they’re only offering heart based energy and not feel bothered in the least by it, while others will become completely offended.

What I’m learning as I explore this topic and the different qualities of energy that I encounter is that we are only as comfortable in navigating through the various types of life force energies offered as we are at trusting ourselves to know and enforce our own energetic boundaries. So for example, if every time you go to that monthly gathering and hug that one person who’s exchange of energy makes you feel uncomfortable but you never stop hugging them non-the-less because you don’t want to be impolite or break social etiquette, than you’re not respecting your personal boundaries and won’t trust yourself to do so in the future. We first have to acknowledge when we don’t feel safe or comfortable and second we have to honour that through respecting our boundaries. This gives us permission to expand our energy further out into the world.

Some of the benefits of touch are, taken from here. “It reduces social anxiety and stress. Physical touch increases levels of dopamine and serotonin, two neurotransmitters that help regulate your mood as well as help your body relieve stress and anxiety. Dopamine is also known to regulate the pleasure center in your brain that is a good counter to feelings of anxiety.” It’s obvious that we need touch to maintain healthy lives but many of our societies are set up to either receive touch only during sex or only with family, if they’re lucky enough to have an affectionate family whom they are close to. So where do we go from here?

My family gives me tons of affection but I don’t particularly like to be touched by male strangers, so I’ve recently been exploring my personal boundaries with touch to heighten my awareness, increase my level of comfort, learn to differentiate the types of energy I might share unconsciously and how to honour my boundaries in a healthy way. Montreal is such an awesome city in the sense that you can find such a variety of events and activities to participate in and so recently I was invited to an event that focuses specifically on all the things I was wishing to explore. I’ve taken some tantra workshops but this event was not instructional, simply experiential with an intention to explore in a healthy way both touch and personal boundaries. Anyone working as a therapist that deals with touch should participate in one of these in the least and at best take some form of tantra training, don’t you agree?

If people were to start exploring they would increase their awareness of the different types of energy they can share and exchange to truly begin to differentiate the difference between heart based life force and sexual life force, creating less fear of our own sexual energy while learning how to detect it in others. We know that repressing sexual energy has many negative effects and leads to all sorts of sexual dysfunction both within a person and within society as a whole. We know that when a person both denies and represses their sexual energy it usually ends up being shared in ways that are unhealthy and diminishes their creative forces and capacity to be innovative. We want to bring the light of acceptance into the darkness of sexual taboos so as to create a healthy way for them to exist within society while simultaneously educating our children to have a healthy awareness of heart based energy vs sexual energy. We especially want to give them the confidence to express their personal boundaries. I can only imagine what an impact it would have on society as a whole if we were to bring such types of education into our schools. We only learn so much from lectures and books, experiential classes are way more effective but currently so far off the radar to be a part of an acceptable curriculum.

Our life force is what enlivens the very body we inhabit, we can not reject it nor can we not assume responsibility for it. It is the precursor to everything, it contains the energetic imprints of our destiny as well as our self-generated intentions. We are inextricably bound to it and thus we must learn the finite business of it.

This is a brief description of the event I went to that left me with a feeling of greater self-trust, inner peace, confidence and self-worth:

A sacred circle is formed, everyone shares in a short meditation together to connect with their centre and the group as a whole. An exercise to move into the body is offered, each person shares their name and why they are there. Anyone is allowed to leave at any moment, you’re actually very much encouraged though out the whole event to honour yourself and leave if you feel the desire to do so. The guidelines of the event are then shared which everyone has to follow if they wish to participate. Everyone stays completely dressed, all touch is heart-based respecting off limit areas of the body. Each person is required to offer verbally how they wish to touch or be touched and then each person in response is required to either accept or refuse the offering verbally. If touch is refused you are required to reply with, “thank you for honouring yourself”, and then the person is allowed to negotiate the offering if they so wish. The touch offerings vary from simply holding someones hand to giving them a massage, intuitive move your body with theirs or lying down next to them, full body contact. Participants are asked to be aware if sexual energy has been sparked and if so to stop, move away for a moment and come back when the life force is heart centred again. Participation is not required, you can simply practice saying no during the whole event. The event ends in sacred circle and each person is given a moment to share something if they wish.

It was such a healing experience to which the health benefits I felt for days, highly recommended!

Blasting Love!

The Power of Breathwork

Breath, our fragile lives depend upon it, it’s ability to oxygenate the blood to feed the cells that pump the heart and fuel the mind. Take it away and within minutes we’re dead unless you’re David Blaine pulling a 27 minute underwater world record, you’re simply dead. Boom, bang, gone. You’re heart stops pumping, your brain crashes and your organs shut down. Breathing is such a natural part of our being and existing that we often take it for granted. It’s only when it becomes obstructed do we realize how absolutely dependant on good breathing we are to feel confident, energized, alive and alert.

I believe focused breathing is our best tool when managing stress. It’s one of the first things I learned in therapeutic yoga and it stuck with me, because it works. Not just any breathing but a long slow inhale through the nose and especially a long slow exhale through the nose, count eight seconds in and eight seconds out for a minute and the benefits instantaneously kick in. What the breath is doing the mind does, it’s a cyclical feed back loop that can not be broken. It’s increased rhythm is tantamount when we’re in danger, if our breathing didn’t increase our hearts wouldn’t pump faster to give us the option to fight or flee danger. Also, as much as we can learn how controlling it can benefit our quality of life, so too can we by learning to listen to what it has to tell us. It speaks to us about the state of our emotions and what our instincts, intuition or hearts might be sensing that our minds can not perceive.

Synchronize your Breath with the above gif to feel the benefits

The only problem with using focused breathing as a tool to keep our minds decluttered and manage everyday stress is the simple fact that we’re constantly undermining it’s value and don’t make it a continuous self-care practice. We breath any which way and don’t understand that the moment we focus in on it our hearts begin to open and our nervous systems respond.

One of the most valuable things offered through yoga practice is the various pranayama exercises incorporated. Simply synchronizing your breath with the movements and postures during a session is the core foundation for a good practice to align mind-body-spirit. If you’re doing this you’ll feel the benefits immediately after. What I love about focusing on breathing before all else in my sessions is the emotional resilience it helps us build and the quality of restoration it offers the mind and body.

Breathing connects us to the subtle sensations within, hidden emotions, it exposes us to unhealthy mental chatter and the state of our hearts. Once we’ve connected it works preventatively and offers us a general assessment of our overall health. We become more attuned with bodily sensations that show us where we are out of alignment, or soon to become out of alignment if we don’t course correct and modify our behaviour through mental or physical diet. On top of this, connecting to our breath helps us connect to our spiritual nature, leading us towards a more meditative way of living. Harmonizing brain waves that enhance creativity and intuition, clarity and reason, eliminating confusion and apathy.

Some pranayama exercises help to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain while others increase energy levels through rapid fire techniques such as Kapalabhati. Depending on the type of yoga you are practicing you will find various types of breathing techniques used to enhance the flow of energy, life force or prana moving through the body, benefiting the body’s physiological functions and relaxing the nervous system.

If you wish to delve deeper into the mysteries that focused breathing can offer attend a Holotropic breathworkshop. Similar to the Sanskrit definition of yoga: to unite, Holotropic’s greek roots refer to wholeness. Holotropic breathwork done properly usually produces altered state of consciousness. The first time I experienced a Holotropic breathworkshop I had an out of body experience. To this day no other consciousness expanding exercises I have tried created such an other worldly effect, and I’ve tried many different medicines and techniques along my journey.

During my session it was the first time I was visually and auditorily introduced to my spirit guides. Many of the things I saw during the 45 minutes of being under the spell of an increased amount of oxygen (prana) in my blood only showed their significance years later as life unraveled. On a physical level there’s a certain release of cellular trauma that can take place. Practitioners around the world offer this breathing technique to people suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome or chronic anxiety with a high success rate.

glimpse

Last week I attended a 5 day breathworkshop that offered another kind of technique rooted in Kriya yoga called Ekadasi. It’s a technique that assists a person to connect the conscious and subconscious realms of the mind as well as provoking short glimpses beyond the veil. It’s an extreme practice that should only be done with an experienced practitioner and requires courage to make it through the entire five days because of it’s intensity. Similar to Holotropic breathwork, Ekadasi brings you in and beyond the conscious mind, the difference is that it also brings you closer towards death than any other breathing practice I’m aware of. It’s not designed to put your life at risk but it can be dangerous if not done properly. Where as Holotropic breathwork allows you to discover your higher aspects, Ekadasi brings you beyond these higher aspects and allows you to see into the void for short periods at a time so you may look back on yourself with greater clarity.

This technique allows one to dance with death safely to discover that the mysteries of life are all contained within life itself. Our consciousness is intrinsically interwoven into our everyday experience of reality, one that we can only perceive a fraction of through our bodily sensations and mental filters. Within the miraculous sacred temple of our existence all exists. If you practice this breathing technique be prepared to laugh hysterically, cry dramatically and be humbled to your core. The mental and emotional clarity that it provides is a wake up call and its most beneficial offering. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the mysteries, heal emotionally, grow and allow more of the miracle of life to emerge through increased body, mind and spiritual awareness.

The Ancient Practice of Tantra Massage

Body as temple

The body is a window into the mind and soul, by locating physical tensions within our temples we reveal emotional and mental patterns buried deep within our cellular memory. This cellular memory shapes the outer circumstances of our lives to such a subconscious degree that we often don’t make the connection between our everyday choices and what our grandmothers experienced during their life times.

Natural and holistic therapies attempt to treat the root of health problems where as most western remedies only treat the symptoms. So with this in mind, I dare myself regularly to step off the conventional path of medicine and dive deep into the fringes of holistic treatments. I also really enjoy bringing ancient modes of healing back into mainstream awareness to enrich our watered down approach to health and wellness. What you don’t know can’t help you and although some ancient practices are best left behind in history books some are worthy of resurgence. Tantra Massage is one of them.

This year I had been inspired to go for a Tantra massage many times but something always came up and to be honest I felt a little reticent about the whole thing. I think most people still get uncomfortable discussing subjects surrounding their sexual intimacy, menstruation, yoni issues or anything related to their womb. I’m an extremely open person and usually have no trouble sharing on most topics that are considered taboo but as much as I can talk about my moon cycle or my vagina openly, the truth is I’ve always felt a huge disconnect from my womb.

Mendala 5

After my kundalini awakening I took a few classes on how to manage the life force that was burning through the different layers of my being. Much of the healing that was occurring was in my base and sacral chakra. As kundalini burns through you, any unhealed wounds come up to the surface to be healed and so all of my sexual trauma surfaced, identity issues, relationship, power/control issues and mother wound issues came into my conscious awareness. The work that I’ve done on these two energy centres over the last three years has been tremendous but I’ve still felt a disconnection within my intimate partnerships stemming from this deep disconnection to self. So after much contemplation and deliberation the universe began to send me a whole slew of synchronicities to align me with the perfect practitioner to do the work with.

Intra-vaginal manipulations are fairly common within osteopathic practices, especially for women who are experiencing pain or discomfort after giving birth and although women go for gynaecological examinations every three years where a vulsellum is inserted into the vagina in order to retrieve a tissue sample to test for cervical cancer, we still have a huge resistance in receiving any other form of treatment in this area, natural or not. Understandably, our womb is considered to be the sacred entry point into the cosmic spiritual womb of existence, you can’t get more sacred than that but there’s more to it than meets the eye. Simply put, most of us fear assuming our feminine power in its absolute totality.

Years ago I was told a story about how my grandmother begged my grandfather to sign hospital papers that would give her permission to receive a hysterectomy to prevent her from having any more children. My grandmother gave birth to eight children who often went without food, she had trouble keeping things functional at home as she was married to an alcoholic man whom spent most of his pay checks at the local tavern post-work. She knew she wanted to stop having children but in the 50’s you still needed permission to do so from your husband. When the local priest came to hear of her plans he stormed down to their house and despite the devastating conditions that they were living under he convinced my grandfather to not sign the papers.

The priest had more influence over my grandmother’s womb than she had and my grandfather had all the rights to it. Just writing these words down gets me fuming. This story exemplifies why most women in general are still so disconnected from their wombs. Anytime a woman is separated from the rights to her own womb, a separation between mind and body occurs, this wound is passed down from mother to daughter and granddaughter, until a reconnection is made body, mind and spirit. I feel this disconnection within me, it rises up as a fear of intimacy, physical numbness and a fear of my own feminine power. It also rises up as a deep rage agains the masculine. How can we confidently share a part of ourselves when we feel such a lack of connection to it? How can we effectively use our life force to create in the world when we fear the source of our own power? I always felt it buried beneath the surface but never knew where to start healing the disconnection until my kundalini awoken and threw me head first onto the path.

tantra-3

Three years along my power path and I found myself sitting before a beautiful women who has had a life long journey slowly enabling her to refine her gifts as a Tantra Healer. As she sat there and explained what the massage would be like, I still could not imagine how I was going to feel or what sort of emotions would arises. Would I cry? Would I yell? Would I have to stop? Any thoughts seemed useless at that point, all that mattered to me was that I felt like I could trust the woman sitting in front of me. Only priestesses of the most high can be doing this type of work successfully because it’s a delicate dance between body, mind, heart and spirit, one which requires the healer to be fine tuned to all levels of being.

After briefing me on what to expect and responding to my questions I laid down to receive the massage which lasted for aprox 2.5 hours. A good portion of the pressure points she used for the Tantra massage were on the outside of the body, the abdomen, the lower back and the groin area. She used specific stroking techniques to the chest and the back to activate the kundalini energy to begin to circulate it and work with it. The majority of the work is moving life force up the chakras towards the brain, forcing trapped emotions to come to the surface. Tiny little pressure points on the throat and forehead brought me to tears unexpectedly, resurfacing long forgotten memories and slowly my feet and legs began to tingle and go numb.

After the initial activation was done I had the choice to stop or continue and allow access into the vaginal and cervix area to release pressure points within. Surprisingly I didn’t feel the discomfort or awkwardness I thought I would encounter as she entered my sacred womb. As she began to press on the different pressure points the first thing I noticed was how my whole body slowly began to go numb, to the point were my whole face and mouth were completely tingling in a way I had never felt before. She explained that there are three stages to this type of tantra massage healing, the first is becoming aware of all the parts that I’ve disconnected from in the past, the body parts I’ve disassociated with go numb and tingle, the second stage is to feel those parts again completely, which can sometimes feel painful due to not connecting with those sensations in such a long time and the third is to begin to fully sense pleasure again in those areas.

every-woman-who-heals-herself-helps-heal-all-the-women-13415009

Being a shaman myself I started to receive information about my mother, my grandmother and my female ancestral linage. Some pressure points were simply releasing emotions that I could not connect memories to while others were reconnecting me directly to personal traumatic events. This work is definitely a door way into reconnecting with the womb, your sexuality, integrating abandoned parts of self, healing past traumatic experiences, and embracing your feminine powers and life force. I felt safe and honoured during the whole process and although I felt a little groggy the following 24 hours, I felt as though I was finally tapping into something I had been trying to reconnect with my whole life.

I highly recommend the art of tantra massage to any women feeling a disconnection from their womb, their sexuality and their personal power. In ancient times much of this information was passed down from generation to generation but slowly as women began to separate from each other and move into single family homes we also began to separate from ourselves and disconnect from our most powerful source of energy and wisdom.

Unique Healing Systems

Traditional medicine has it’s place no doubt but it’s still very limited because its focus is not on root cause of illness. It treats symptoms with medication and attempts to fix body parts that are damaged or diseased through operation. We aren’t advanced enough in quantum physics yet to clearly understand what Deepak Chopra coined as Quantum Healing but Therapeutic Touch for example is currently being used in many US hospitals because it has a positive impact on the health of patient, despite limited research.

In general more and more people have been seeking out alternative therapies to remedy their dis-eases since a large portion of the population became dependant on western medicine, especially those dis-eases that can’t be diagnosed by medical science or have been diagnosed but due to the heavy side effects of medication prescribed are looking for alternatives to heal themselves. Another issue is that once you get on medication, for let’s say high blood pressure, you’re usually on it for life, in general medication is a band-aide. There are many documented cases of people healing diseases such as Aids and Cancer with alternative therapies, ones that have no negative side effects but they are limited in research funding and certainly not backed by the government. These are the cases that I’ve always been interested in learning more about. Aren’t you?

berries-bowl-heart-864-border

Let’s face it though, much of what we suffer from that slowly degrades into disease can be healed through very basic life-style changes, often changes we lack the discipline to make, such as eating well, getting enough exercise and sleep, consuming less toxins (moderate alcohol consumption) and a good dose of laugher. Many studies have proven that our emotions effect the health of our cells and either increase our immune functioning or diminish it. So yes, keeping your vibe up is a real thing.

I love to try alternative therapies even if I haven’t suffered physically for too long from anything major. My main interest has always been about psychological health, how to maintain a happy disposition in the face of adversity, life’s inevitable pains, despite all the atrocities and injustices we see in the world and how helpless we can feel to them. If you’re a sensitive person, you know that what’s happening around you can more easily be absorbed on a psychological level, which can often lead to psychosomatic symptoms in the body. Not just effecting the nervous system, as with high anxiety levels but bleeding into other areas of the body and causing migraines or other forms of chronic pain.

Recently when I traveled down to San Marcos in Guatemala I booked a session with a crystal healer, medic intuitive and regression therapist to see what she was all about. She’d been practicing for 30 years and when she spoke to two of the women I was with, she gave them both accurate information about their lives, wellbeing and physical health status. Any metaphysical practitioner or quantum healer that can provide you with some valid feed back in 15 minutes of speaking with you definitely warrant a visit in my books, simply out of curiosity as to how they structure their sessions.

What I like about healers that have developed their own systems over time is that they use years of study from various fields of discipline and cultures mixed in with their own natural gifts and abilities to piece together a unique offering that you can’t find anywhere else, which inevitably leads you to a unique perspective on your healing journey. As far as I’m concerned, healing is an inside job and is a natural part of existence, present as a tool for greater understanding of the self and something many of us must expand through.

1278105-Ben-Goldacre-Quote-The-placebo-effect-is-one-of-the-most

Tantamount, wise healers have understood that they’re simply holding space for the client to do their own healing work. They can offer a path, a gateway, tools, perspectives, insights, light, love, laughter but they can not heal the person. Even if we work on the person’s physical body and make adjustments to bring it back into balance, if the root cause isn’t addressed, the body eventually falls back out of balance.

This is the most important thing a healer first needs to understand. The placebo effect has such a high success rate that sure, if a practitioner has done well in setting up a good experience and has attracted clients that were ready to heal, they might develop an excellent reputation over time, which is 80% of the work because the placebo effect has been proven to work aprox 80% of the time in clinical studies. This is why I believe Saints have had the able to perform miracles, the belief of the person receiving the healing was so strong that the conditions for healing could occur and healing happened, all within the microcosm of our belief systems.

Merrill Storm, the healer in San Marcos devised a system that was very effective in creating a space where the client could more easily see for themselves the possible cause of illness, stress or dis-ease they may be suffering through, using a multi-layered system, based both on reasoning and metaphysical assessment. Addressing the physical body and the unseen layers of our being.

First was an intuitive reading that she does the night before in mediation on the client which leaks into her dreamtime that night to reveal more information, something she has been tuning into and developing over the course of her life. She uses this as the framework to chose the crystals she should work with during the first part of her session, which is ALL about crystals. She asks that you chose two crystals out of hundreds of options in her office and then begins to grid them using sacred geometry over the body. I’ve never had that many crystals on my body before and some of them were very rare crystals that are difficult to find but that I’ve heard where powerful. I was really surprised by all the shocks and tingles they created in my nervous system.

Before she asked me to lie down to grid the crystals on me, we went over my medical history and my family’s medical history. In her questionnaire she also asks basic life-style questions, ones that highlight any areas you can improve upon, such as mentioned above with the basics. Often it’s the simple reminders that we need to hear the most.

After the laying of crystals, she began to work on my chakras energetically. I always know when someone is actually penetrating my energetic field because it usually evokes a vocal response from me or a type of gasping for air as they initially enter my field. Very few energy workers I’ve seen in session really know how to work with energy in a tangible way. Many are mostly in the learning phases of energy manipulation.

Lymphatic system

After balancing my chakras, she sat back down to add notes to the ones from the previous night. Following this she worked on my immune system, using a ball to roll over the superficial tissue of the body following the lymphatic vessels and massaging the nodes lightly. She included basic acupressure to activate the smaller chakra points in the body called nadis. Following this she did some more energetic work, this time specifically on my brain and head area, including slight physical maneuvers. This is also a good indication for me about an intuitive, when they can pick up on a that part of my brain that was damaged in childhood.

Now what she did next I thought was really interesting, working from my feet moving up she scanned my body using a system similar to reading age lines on a tree, stopping at specific parts and asking what might have occurred at that age, what traumatic event might have happened that left an impact. What I liked about this strategy is that any traumas or unintegrated events around that age that haven’t been fully integrated will be automatically spoken. The things that were just sitting at the surface waiting for an opportunity to be seen will come to mind and can then in turn shine the light of awareness on possible thought patterns and conditioning that are still currently linked to that event. Ironically it wasn’t the things I would have thought to mention, so it’s wasn’t like a rehearsal of my life stories. What came up were more subtle events that I hadn’t remembered in a long time but that relate strongly to why I have certain lens of perception still in place, creating a conditioned mind.

rainbow

Then she ended the session with a guided meditation after she put me under light hypnosis. I was completely awake because she kept on checking in with me to see if I was conscious by asking me if I was with her but my awareness had completely left the room. She guided me to connect with the earth, my higher self and to go to my sacred space in the cosmos. From there she guided me to connect each chakra to each colour of the rainbow. She helped me balance the feminine and masculine energies within all while asking questions about what messages I was receiving, which she would note down for me to read later.

As I came out of the meditative state I felt a little ungrounded but very calm and in harmony with my environment. She then finished the session by going over all the discoveries I had made through her questions during the session. She also gave me her feed back on her medical reading, which spirit animals I was working with and which guides of mine had come through to her. She knew about my Lakota guide and was bang on with all the other energies that I have been working consciously with for some years. She also shed light on some of the more karmic experience I’ve had to go through without me having to speak on the subject first. All in all I left her studio feeling so full with fresh material to play with as I continue on my journey of self-discovery and healing.

015-Dr.-Mikao-Usui-2

Healing systems are essential for any one working in the dealings of healings and I highly recommend using your own natural medicine to lead the way as you collect tools from other systems that have worked for centuries. Reiki has now flooded the mainstream but people must understand that Reiki Master Mikao Usui, the person who coined the technique was very knowledgeable in so many areas, he never stopped learning and this is what heightened his intuitive abilities and made his craft successful. The more we can continue to integrate a wide variety of understandings about the human experience, psychological, physiological and energetic, the more robust our own offerings will become over time.

Wishing all the healers out there much success in building intelligent and unique systems to offer the world. You’re unique medicine is needed, we’re all playing an integral role in the health of the whole.

Family Constellations

I finally decided to go to one of these, I had heard about Family Constellation work a few years ago and everyone that went to a workshop seemed to have lots of positive feed back to share. It’s quite simple, although from what I understand there are different ways of guiding the sessions and it all depends on the experience and expertise of the facilitator.  Montreal based Albert Bejshak Bissada led the group. Albert studied yoga and meditation, diving into transcendental meditation then hypnosis, he was certified in a Montreal school and then another in the US. He uses techniques such as symbolic modelling with clean language to support his work. I did a few private sessions with him back in 2014 which were very successful so I decided to try his Constellation workshop.

Role playing is not something I gravitate towards naturally in big groups of people, I usually prefer to be the witness or observer at these events but as with everything, I want to try it at least once in order to gain the hands on experience which is often drastically different than just observing, especially in how the energy is unleashed sensorially and can then be integrated in the weeks and months to come behaviourally.

life is rarely

Various themes are addressed in the role playing of specific scenarios. A person will generate the scenarios based off of their memories. Fact vs fiction is really irrelevant. What we remember about an event is often fictional to a large degree but nonetheless what we retain from it, our memories of it, are very real to us, so whatever we chose to play-out usually does the trick when it comes to emotional healing. I chose to play out a situation from my childhood where I was refused discussion on a very important event that occurred. This happened to me often growing up, having to hold back from expressing my feelings about very hurtful situations either because the other person refused to talk about it or I was laughed at for actually having feelings about it or if my feelings we heard they were considered invalid.

This is a common coping mechanism within many family dynamics. If we ignore the issue the feelings might just disappear or if we refuse to acknowledge it, maybe it didn’t really happen and will simply fade with time once the dust has settled. Some memories can simply be integrated naturally and organically with time, so I agree that not all things need to be discussed. Sometimes those involved can do the inner work on their own and meet later on higher grounds but sometimes the suppression of expression can be more harmful than the original event that caused the reaction and unsettled feelings to arise in the first place.

It’s often the more traumatic events that need a voice. Smaller repetitive hurtful actions can also cause great damage when not addressed in heart centred conversation. Over time they can cause all sorts of strange coping mechanisms and behavioural patterns to form. They start to spill out into other aspects of the person’s life, creating fixed filters that colour simple exchanges in everyday life and place a great amount of stress on newly forming relationships.

So one of the coping mechanisms that I developed growing up was to desensitize myself from otherwise hurtful behaviour and to pretend like everything was normal after shocking situations occurred. Over time this created a restricting feeling in my throat and an inability to express my emotions clearly and with confidence. During Family Constellation work you choose people in the audience that have a similar vibration to those people involved in the original memories you are re-enacting. A very interesting and important aspect to the work. The more someone can remind you of, or make you feel a similar way to the original person involved, the easier those initial emotions can be triggered.

memory lane

What’s always been interesting about this type of regression work is that if you can allow the emotions to engulf you enough while re-enacting the scenario, your painful memories will lead you down the alley to another scenario with a similar emotional imprint, then another, and another, leading you back to a very young age where often an initial shock occurred, creating the core wound of that particular emotional trigger.

Throughout the years of work I’ve done, I’ve often been transported back to an event that occurred when I was about three and a half years old but when I get there my mind starts to freeze and I usually get blocked from going deeper into the memory. I always get to uncover at least one more clue about the event but nothing substantial enough to draw a conclusion from. I do know however, from my mother’s account, that when she found me the next day all my limbs had doubled in size, including my tongue, symptoms similar to an deadly allergic reaction were occurring but the doctors couldn’t conclude exactly what was going on. I was basically dying from some undiagnosed cause. I was hospitalized for a week where they conducted numerous tests and everything came back inconclusive. There were may factors at play that night but for all I know I could have been abducted by aliens. Either way this half memory, which in my mind is so silly yet attached to such strong emotions involving ice-cream has played a huge role in both attempting to suffocate my truth and increasing my desire to speak it.

It’s the sacred rebel and magician within that often choses to find the solutions from within the problems. The gifts inherent within the challenges and gives us the ability to draw strength from situations of disempowerment. Through Albert’s use of symbolic modelling I was able to move the feeling of being suffocated, which was actually a coping mechanism providing much comfort throughout my life in many situations to another symbol of comfort, not containing a paradoxical meaning.

As I role played the three situations that arose during this work, different strangers were asked to represent the people and energies involved, to my surprise it didn’t really matter that they were strangers as I looked into their eyes. It was very easy to image them as the original people involved, containing just a slight similarity in either energetic imprint or physical attributes, I was able to express myself in the present as if still in the past without much distraction. Allowing words that were suppressed to finally be expressed in a safe and accepting environment.

conditioning

These workshops are a collective healing for everyone involved because each situation touches a theme that many of those witnessing or are playing supporting roles to, can relate to in some way, shape or form within their own memories. Inciting all sorts of feelings within their memory bodies, including emotional patterns and the energetic imprint of integration and resolution that may occur at the end. During the work Albert also asks that you envision how these events created specific related conditioning pattern that played out throughout your life, forming the way you responded to different situations and people in the past and possibly in the present.

Consciously re-hardwiring the brain to respond differently to triggering stimuli so we’re not running on subconscious core wounding. This type of work gives us the awareness to separate people and certain triggering situations from pre-existing stimuli. It allows us to move away from victim mentality by taking ownership of events that occurred when we were too young to act with courage. It allows us to reframe memories so we can reshape them into more empowering ones. When you bring the current version of yourself back in time you are giving yourself permission to take your power back from that situation. Nothing more enlivening than owning just that much more of yourself in the here and now and living with just a bit more freewill vs subconscious conditioning. Highly recommended!

The Mensana Retreat

The Mensana Retreat was organized by Lisa Parente, founder of TreeHugger Retreats, a very warm hearted, determined earthy goddess warrior with a humanitarian drive that will keep any workshop aligned with the divine goal of bringing you back home to yourself, awakening the heart and providing everyone with a rich experience to learn and grow from. Lisa generously provided all participants with in-depth documentation covering all the subjects explored and discussed during the retreat.

A diverse array of practitioners with varying levels of experience came together under one healing umbrella for the 4 day event. Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, self-healing techniques, a sound bath, fire with kirtan and sustainability workshops were the main highlights but a wide variety of group activities, private sessions and excursions hugged our bodies and consciousness each day.

Aside from the incredible line-up of activities offered on the promotional page, some of the more soulful intentions of the workshop became clear as everyone met and mingled. The first and most obvious was to give people from different walks of life and different financial restraints an equal opportunity to experience a robust self-care and enlightened workshop. One that took place on a beautiful piece of land with all the amenities of paradise.

The second most obvious was to provide a platform for both therapists and participants to share life experience, exchange techniques and specialties, teach and uplift each other. This provided a lush place for all to expand into, deepen our self-care routine and learning new wellness practices to broaden our horizons.

Every attendee and practitioner had the opportunity to experience each offering equally, which made for a very enjoyable stay as a practitioner. The only person that had more work than play was the extraordinary Ayurvedic Cook Yann J. Verstraete but even with his busy schedule he too managed to enjoy a few highlights. Including his other contribution as one of the best received events of the retreat, a blindfolded shamanic dance which took place in the evening.

You really get to know a different side of yourself when you’re blindfolded in a room with many other people for an hour and a half listening to a wide variety of musical sensations. For a soul traveler this activity brings one far and wide, both within and without, what an experience!

The non-profit Terra Perma Foundation where the retreat took place has a mission to educate and support sustainable development and ways of living off the grid. Work was still in progress on some of the various communal spaces as I’m certain it will continue to expand delightfully each year. The property spans 800 acres of lush forests! Just next to the reception you can find beautiful perma-culture gardens, a private lake further down the trail, streams, an edible forest in progress and a beautiful wellness yurt to host workshops. An all around piece of paradise for the eco-friendly and conscious guest.

The accommodations were different for each person, everyone had the chance to reserve either a yurt, shared or individual cabins, good old fashion tent camping spaces were available and they even have an Earthship type structure to stay in— when it’s not on reserve. The walks between communal spaces and sleeping accommodations are just the perfect distance to keep you on your feet but all while not needing to drag them around. I recommend bringing a bike for those that aren’t avid walkers.

On the Ayruvedic front we had the amazing Karla Gomez de la Peña whom was present for the first day to sit with everyone and produce their dosha profile for personal experimentation to use throughout the retreat. Yann the chef prepared delicious and plentiful meals each day, offering some elaborate cooking classes and advice on particular food recommendations for each dosha. After the first day and a half which was a juice detox everyone was eager to see what he had waiting and ate till their stomaches were full and then some.

Highly detailed oriented and passionate about his offerings, he was an indispensable addition to the retreat which definitely added so much to the energetic medicine of the retreat. The amazing herbalist and medicine woman Zein Saraswatiji Salti also prepared some divine treats to add to the list, using freshly picked local herbs, prepared artfully and with soul. This woman is so healing to just be around so naturally her food soothed the soul on so many levels. She also delighted us with her magical voice and Hang Drum playing during her stay.

Therapeutic yoga classes were given each day by me, I was greeted with warm smiles and positive feed back which made it so pleasant to share this work that I feel so passionate about. I combine soft slow intentional movements in combination with breath work to calm the nervous system, centre the mind, open and stretch all the tissues of the body, deepening the connection between mind, body, heart and soul.

Another highlight was special guest Rafaelle Mackay, she guided us into a deep sound healing session with her enchanting voice and wide array of instruments and rhythmical melodies, a soul journey indeed. MJ Ganesh aka Marc-Joseph Chalfoun guided us into a fun Kirtan around a fire on the first night along side Francis Beyrouti’ special brew of sax which made for a very uplifting experience.

Zoë Despina and Letizia Montoro were on site to offer massage therapy and reiki respectively which was a highlight for some of the attendees. What they also offered was their serene presence, both shining bright and uplifting the group everywhere they went. Our soulful Metta was present to shine his light too, adding his wisdom and meditation abilities to the mix, as well as some humour.

Benjamin Lavigne offered massage therapy as well as successfully guiding three workshops, Self-massage, Emotional release technique and Somatic Approach to Body Consciousness, I was told all were very insightful and nourishing. Nadia Pietravalle organized a few workshops as introductions into the Ayurvedic System. The first one was experiential and the others also provided interactive platforms to experience the knowledge through, which made them all very accessible for beginners. Nadia has a unique perspective and pleasant disposition which made her sessions very interesting and enjoyable.

My personal favourite highlight of the retreat was a workshop given by Anny Schneider a very well known Herbologist living in Bromont. She guided us deep into the heart of Herbalism, both in theory and experientially. After sitting with her and sampling some of her homemade essential oils and plant/flower essences she took us on a three hour walk through the forest stopping at almost every corner to show us a new edible plant and its uses for both culinary and medicinal purposes. This woman was captivating and beaming with earth magic.

Yann J. Verstraete & Lisa Parente sharing a hug of appreciation on the last day

Over all this retreat was a huge success, Lisa is definitely on to something great and I highly recommend anyone looking to connect more deeply with the earth and themselves to place their precious time and trust in her offerings. The workshop kicked off during the August solar eclipse which was super intense energetically as it pulled back layers of non-serving programming, the timing of the retreat arrive perfectly in synchronicity to balance out the heavy inner work by providing a container to deeply ground as we all connected with the earth and its elements in new ways. Thank you Lisa for this stellar experience and to all the participants for your shares, hugs and soul connection, we were truly blessed!

Blasting Love & Appreciation

Dancing with a Dragon

About two months ago I started to see dragons pop up in my field, they would show up in conversations, posts, pictures and odd little synchronicities. I never consciously worked with dragon energy before. The only thing I ever remember hearing about them came from Scorpios (the astrological sign) and what I ended up identifying as confrontational energy. So I never really became interested in exploring this form of energy before. I’m not a fan of confrontation, I’ll go extremely out of my way to avoid full on confrontation with someone who is angry. Those types of exchanges leave me with a headache. I’m more of a lets sit down, have tea and chat about our feelings type of person. Some of us, especially those with lots of libra in our charts will work double time to stay in a vibration of harmony and balance and confrontation feels the furthest from that possibility.

All personal and superficial associations to dragons aside, I started to discover their actual energy about two weeks ago during one of my sessions when it spontaneously showed up. It gave me information about the people I was holding space for and especially about the gifts they were in the process of receiving or in the process of cultivating already. After that session I thought wow, dragon energy is so exciting to work with. Wrapped up in that idea I started to contemplate doing a session with Florian who is known to work with a dragon to do past-life and ancestral healing.

Quan Yin

All healers work with different energies during their sessions, I personally connect directly to spirit and call-in christ consciousness, St.Germain, Quan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdeline and Mother Teresa among a few ascended masters that show up spontaneously. I also work with the elements, Mother Earth and occasionally I will work with inter-dimensional beings of light.

So as I planted the seed and began to sense intuitively whether working with Florian was the right thing for me at this time, over the course of a week I was given the yes on few different occasions. A couple days later while in meditation the dragon that works with him appeared to me and began working on some stuck energy within a couple of my chakra centres. The energy was powerful yet comforting, enlivening yet totally reassuring and although I was connecting to this dragon energy I still felt like it was a bit distant or muffled. At this point I’m thinking, “well the session has already started”, so I feel confident to contact Florian to do some ancestral healing on me, something I have been actively working on for the last year.

My life is a complete mystery in the sense that when I decide something, things just come together for me, out of thin air in most cases and so before I could even set up a time with him I was in his space getting ready for the session.

Florian is a very humble looking person, polite, conscious and sort of a happy go lucky type of guy. He looks nothing like a shaman, nor does he look like he would work with a dragon. As he prepared the space and connected with spirit, called in divine light, the elements, directions, Father Sky and Mother Earth, the usual routine, I was in the mind set that this was going to be a piece of cake. The position used for this type of healing is very simple, you are lying down and he places his hands close to your head. Before I layed down I set up the recorder just in case I pop out of body during the session or end up venturing off into the quantum.

The minute he says, “are you ready?” and his hands surround my head, I feel this massive surge of energy move into my energetic space and wrap itself around my spinal-cord. It’s been two years since I’m no longer in a state of disassociation with my body but I am still getting used to managing sensing so much in my environment. Either way, this dragon energy is not an average electromagnetic force. Poor Florian who might not have worked with someone who is as highly sensitive to energies like MEow, I couldn’t help but let out a loud screech that lasted at least five seconds. Something that has never happened to me before during session, ever.

At this point I’m thinking omg how embarrassing and second what have I done, this dragon is going to kill me. There was no pain involved but my body had reacted to its energy moving through me, down my spine and literally plugging into my DNA. Usually during energy sessions I just lie there stiff as a board with only a few movements to adjust. This was definitely a first time for yelling out loud but as soon as it settled in, I was back to silence despite the massive surge of energy still moving through me which ignited my clairvoyance. I don’t think I would recommend doing this work for longer than an hour to anyone who is sensitive to energy because by the end I was ready to be unplugged in a major way and in my case soak in some water.

The session consisted of Florian channeling information the dragon offered to him about the different layers of experience within my ancestral linage. Initially I wanted to work on my mother’s side of the family but it jumped onto my fathers side immediately. Before Florian even began to start reiterating the information he was being given I was already moving through a fast forward series of images of experiences from different time frames. Just like how when two empaths come together everything becomes amplified the same goes for two shamans coming together.

map01-02

I first saw myself in England and then a place now considered to be southern Iraq, then Egypt, Europe, Northern Europe and Russia, among a few others that I still can’t identify yet. Much of the information that Florian was sharing I had seen minutes prior but from a different perspective, he was seeing them from the masculine perspective and I was seeing them from the feminine. He picked up on some very personal information about my essence and the energies that I work with here in this life-time which was a nice confirmation for me to hear and it also helped me to understand more fully which part of my bloodline they come from.

Each time the dragon energy would finish channeling a specific generation the energy would calm completely and then as he moved through to the next level up within my linage I would feel another surge of energy, like a big wave moving through my body. Sometimes I would feel the energy activating different parts of my body and other times I would feel it deactivate certain places. This is essentially what is happening on a cellular DNA level as well as a quantum energetic level.

The idea behind shamanic healing is that certain subconscious beliefs held within our DNA that are no longer serving us from previous timelines become deactivated by bringing those lifetimes and experiences into the light. Through conscious awareness they unravel and dissolve. Just like darkness can no longer exist once the light has been shone on it, non serving beliefs can no longer control you once you become aware of them. As for the light and gifts that existed in previous lifetimes, once they are brought into conscious awareness they can be harnessed, as the light emphasizes their existence it brings them further into active play.

Shiva-and-Shakti

Although dragon energy itself works with both light and dark forces, the job then becomes up to the shaman to stay present with the highest intention and healing for the person involved. Also how conscious the energy worker is, will dictate the level of healing that can be channeled through a session. If a shaman is only half conscious of their own darkness, their darkness will inevitable own them rather than them owning it. Once it has been owned by the shaman they are able to stay aware of its presence and move above it so it can be utilized completely for integration back into the light. Daily cleansing rituals are key as well as maintaining a healthy spiritual practice to connect with the elements, earth and sky to amplify one’s lightness of being. Over all it was extremely intense, a very legitimate healing session and one that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do past-life or ancestral work on themselves.

Sending love & gratitude to dragon energy today!

One Love,

J
